From the North: Brattleboro, Greenfield
Take Route 91 South to exit #20, follow Route 5 to the center
of Northampton (Main St.), turn left at the lights, and
take the first right before the railroad underpass, onto
Strong Ave. We are located on the right side next to the
municipal parking lot.
From the South: Chicopee, Holyoke, Springfield, and Hartford
Take Route 91 North to exit #18, Turn left off ramp onto
Route #5, follow to the center of Northampton (Main Street),
take right at the lights. Take first right before the railroad
underpass, onto Strong Ave. We are located on the right
side next to the municipal parking lot.
From the West: Westfield, Easthampton, and Southampton
Take Route 10 to the lights on South Street. Turn right
at the lights onto Main Street, Academy of Music will be
on your right. Go straight through next set of lights, and
then take first right before the Railroad underpass, onto
Strong Ave. We are located on the right side next to the
municipal parking lot.
From the East: Amherst, Belchertown
Take Route 9 to Northampton. Proceed one mile to the Railroad
underpass, and take first left after the lights onto Strong
Ave. We are located on the right side next to the municipal
parking lot.

In Northampton, you'll find museums, galleries and art offerings

A city of 30,000 people, Northampton is nestled in the foothills
of the Berkshires and bordered by the banks of the Connecticut
River. Northampton, and the surrounding Pioneer Valley,
is a great place to head for a mini or full-blown vacation
any time of year. There is something for everyone to do
and see and enjoy. New York City, Boston, Hartford, Conn.,
and the Berkshires are all within driving distance for a
day trip, but you won't want to leave after just one day.
